  •  Bobolo is  made from cassava tubers which are fermented for about 3-5 days then  grated and crushed to a smooth paste which now can be eaten with ndolé and grilled fish
  • Cassava tuber is a very rich source of carbohydrates and other minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, manganese, iron and potassium.
  • It contains high amount of dietary fiber and it’s gluten free.
